Mr. Damico is a Founding Partner and Senior Advisor of RoundTable Healthcare Partners, and Senior Advisor of RoundTable, an operating-oriented private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry. RoundTable was founded in 2001 and is based in Lake Forest, Illinois.. He currently serves as non-executive Chairman of the Board of TIDI Products. Mr. Damico also serves on the boards of Renaissance Pharma, Salter Labs, and Santa Cruz Nutritionals. Prior to their successful sales, Mr. Damico served as the non-executive Chairman of the Board for Argon Medical Devices, Ascent, AMIH, Aspen, Avalign, Beaver-Visitec, MedAssist, and Vesta, Inc. Mr. Damico, whose career spans more than 40 years, has extensive strategic, operational and senior management experience leading multi-billion-dollar, diversified healthcare companies.
