ASP Omni™

An integrated platform combining automated preparation, remote review, AI-guided assessment, and mobile deployment to optimize Point-of-Care Pathology.

ASP Prep | ASP View | ASP Assist | ASP Mobile

ASP Prep is an innovative automated sample sample preparation system designed specifically for Point of Care pathology procedures. Extensive market research guided our development of important features:

A compact and automated instrument with a simple and intuitive user interface
Proprietary technology that enables consistent delivery of the correct amount of fresh stains to produce high-quality slides
Deposits and stains pathology specimens with a single click of a button
Patented technology that creates a thin monolayer of specimen on the slide
Requisite consumables to reduce the risk of sample cross-contamination
A unique specimen vial that enables custody of specimens for downstream molecular evaluation

ASP Viewsystem is a fully automated microscope that can be controlled remotely by pathologists for real-time assessment of specimen slides.

Compact microscope-in-a-box design suitable for Point of Care settings
Complete electronic controls of X, Y, and Z axes with a three-slide specimen holder designed for seamless remote access
High-quality LEDs provide continuous and uniform illumination over a long period of time
High-resolution imaging for diagnostic accuracy: 5x to 60x seamless magnification of specimens without the need for switching the objectives
An easy-to-use, remote-controlled microscope system enables the pathologist to fully control the instrument while sitting in their office
Annotation capabilities for pathologists to mark critical areas for collaboration and educational purposes

ASP Assist is AI-based software for remote pathology that integrates with the ASP View™ microscope system. The pathologist can quickly and easily assess specimen slides remotely.

Utilizes more than 2 million image tiles from slides prepared using conventional methods and the ASP Prep™ system
Based on a novel and proprietary AI-model for the rapid identification of atypical cells
Once cells of interest are identified, pathologists can switch the microscope to manual mode to immediately analyze the AI-identified cells in real time
With real time assessments, ASP Assist™ does not store protected health information and patient data
Simplifies the operation of the remote microscope system, which often involves keyboard or mouse controls to look at different regions within a specimen slide
ASP Assist™ can be quickly scaled to additional Point of Care pathology applications due to the variation in the type of data sets used for model training

A mobile workstation designed to bring ASP Omni directly into real-world procedural settings, enabling a more deployable, organized, and scalable point-of-care workflow for automated preparation, remote microscopy, and AI-supported assessment.

Purpose-built for the point of care, helping bring key pathology workflows closer to where specimens are collected and decisions are made.
Features secure storage and a durable work surface to support robust day-to-day use in fast-paced care settings.
Integrates ASP Prep, ASP View, and ASP Assist into a single platform for a more streamlined procedural experience.
Integrated webcam and speaker system enable live teleconferencing for pathology on demand and immediate remote collaboration.

When live remote access, image sharing, or telepathology-style collaboration is enabled, the clinical site remains responsible for its own secure communications, user access controls, privacy protections, record-retention practices, and compliance with applicable CLIA, HIPAA, institutional IT and data-protection controls, state accreditation, and other regulatory requirements. Note: ASP Assist is intended for Research Use Only until FDA clearance or authorization is obtained.
